New Leak Detector From PVL Turns Off Water And Power To Prevent Flood.

Just announced by Pressure Vacuum Level Ltd is a brilliant new leak detector which, positioned on the floor beside, say, a washing machine or dishwasher, sends an alarm signal if programmed to do so and turns off both the water and the power to the machine if it detects more than 0.5mm of liquid on the floor. This prevents both flooding and potential damage to the machine.

Made by Greisinger of Germany, for whom PVL is the UK distributor, the water leak detector can be used in commercial premises such as laundries, soft drink manufacturing plants and food factories as well as hotels, pubs and homes – anywhere where machines containing water might spring a leak.
